Before you connect a wallet, here's exactly what you're trusting BlackBullAgent with — and what you're not.
BlackBullAgent never takes ownership of your treasury. Only the % of swap fees you choose to redirect ever touches the agent's market-making wallet.
Wallet approvals are scoped and can be revoked at any time from your wallet provider, independent of the dashboard.
Deactivating from the dashboard halts fee redirection immediately. Any unspent balance in the agent wallet remains withdrawable.
BlackBullAgent is in early access and has not yet completed a third-party smart contract audit. An audit is planned before broader rollout — check back here for updates.

BlackBullAgent provides automated market-making tooling on an "as is" basis. By using the dashboard or connecting a wallet you accept full responsibility for your own trading and liquidity decisions. The agent does not provide financial advice, and past or simulated performance does not guarantee future results.
BlackBullAgent Labs' registered entity and jurisdiction will be published here ahead of public launch. We are currently operating in early access and have not yet finalized this disclosure — contact hello@blackbullagent.io for current status.
Any unspent balance in the agent's market-making wallet can be withdrawn back to your project wallet from the dashboard. Withdrawals are on-chain transactions and subject to standard Solana confirmation times (typically seconds), not a manual approval queue.
BlackBullAgent does not currently offer a formal SLA or uptime guarantee. Like any software, the agent can experience downtime, bugs, or degraded performance, including during periods of high market volatility or network congestion. Fee redirection only occurs while the agent is active; if it is down, no fees are redirected.
We do not collect personal data beyond what is required to operate the dashboard: your connected wallet address and on-chain activity, both of which are public by nature on Solana. Email addresses submitted via the waitlist are used only to contact you about access and are not sold or shared with third parties. We do not store private keys or seed phrases under any circumstance.
